Job Overview We are seeking a talented, positive, motivated, professional and consistent Assistant Property Manager for our current community rentals. This is a contract position. Our ideal candidate would be familiar with the affordable housing industry and compliance regulations of LIHTC & HUD. However, we are willing to train on some aspects of this position. As the Assistant Property Manager, you will help oversee the performance of multi-unit residential properties and ensure that owners’ real estate investments achieve expected revenues. Responsibilities:
  • Strong experience interacting with Landlord.
  • Building positive relationships with prospective and current tenants.
  • Overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests.
  • Showing properties to prospective tenants and answering relevant questions.
  • Preparing and executing detailed and legally compliant lease agreements.
  • Overseeing all financial procedures including verifying renter income, processing monthly payments and executing default protocols.
  • Creating organizational systems to support accurate record keeping, efficient financial transactions and prompt renter complaint resolution.
Long-Term Opportunity: This could potentially lead to a full-time direct hire or long-term contract with our organization. Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of previous successful experience in real estate management and professional services.
  • Strong track-record of generating new business through prospecting efforts and expanding opportunities through existing relationships.
  • Advanced technical skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and social media.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience building new vendor relationships opportunities locally and statewide via email, telephone and in-person.
  • Excellent telephone skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency.

  • Strong track-record of generating new business through prospecting efforts and expanding opportunities through existing relationships.
  • Recent history of quota achievement and large/medium account penetration and execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prospect and build new business opportunities with key decision makers and managers at targeted accounts through prospecting, education, client visits, presentations and relationship building.

Must have specialization in Investment Management. This position reports directly to the President.
  • Responsible for advising and counseling on investment legal matters.
  • Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly.
  • Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for real estate transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate real estate transactions.
  • Draft routine leases and amendments.
  • Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.
  • Manage regulatory and compliance related services.
  • Represent the company in purchases and sales of properties.
  • Defend the municipal code litigation.
  • Support legal and general advisory needs associated with a large-scale real estate portfolio.
  • Strong knowledge of ERISA and state regulations is required as is admission to the GA Bar.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate Degree with current state license and 5+ years of real estate law experience
  • IT savvy, fully conversant and proficient in Microsoft Office and related software packages.
  • Handle pressure, complexity and multiple tasks simultaneously and unsupervised.
  • Successfully interact with a dispersed team, other executive, customers and administrative assistants.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills appropriate to a multi-cultural and diverse working environment.Admitted as a Notary Public (essential).
  • Strong experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation, lease transactions, property management, and purchase and sale transactions.
  • Solid experience in title insurance underwriting, curative and claims.
  • Good understanding of Foreclosure.
  • Excellent language skills both verbal & written in English; other languages an asset.
  • Strong problem analytical and solving skills that allow to proactively anticipate requirements.
  • High work ethics, able to maintain a very high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Possess executive presence, maturity and judgment, honest and reliable.
  • Enthusiastic with a positive outlook and willingness to help or step in where needed.
  • Willing to work flexible hours as required.

We want to hear from you!   Job Overview The Executive Administrative Assistant preserves the Executive Team’s time and promotes the business’ image by representing the executive’s internally and externally. The role is designed to make the leader more effective in daily operations, strategic planning, and decision making. Besides providing superior support in a variety of complex administrative tasks, this role involves strong program management capability and ability to work closely with the executive’s teams abroad. Key to the role is the effective management and use of a standard project framework and operating system. The position requires highest degree of professional conduct and protection of confidential, sensitive business and personnel information received and generated. This position reports executive team.
  • Determine and be responsible for the executive team annual agenda, support operational effectiveness coordinated with key corporate deliverables
  • Attend meetings with the executive team to connect and send follow-ups to clients and potential clients.
  • Collect, consolidate business inputs and priorities, determine meeting agendas including  attending staff meetings, managing  rail, drive accountability and closure around actions, right and fast
  • Coordinate key corporate business reviews and processes for the function, assure timeline and milestones are met while facilitating constant communication flow within the functions involved until due dates and final revisions.
  • Serve as key interface with the Office of the President with VP’s direct reports, corporate functions and customers as required
  • Be contact point for the executive team internal and sensitive communication, functional town halls, messages and announcements.
Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree and higher.
  • 5+ years of executive level administrative experience.
  • IT savvy, fully conversant and proficient in Microsoft Office and related software packages.
  • Proactively manage a wide range of executive, administrative duties and processes that require extensive coordination in multiple time zones.
  • Handle pressure, complexity and multiple tasks simultaneously and unsupervised.
  • Successfully interact with a dispersed team, other executive, customers and administrative assistants.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills appropriate to a multi-cultural and diverse working environment.
  • Knowledge of travel industry rules and travel processes; knowledge of effective travel related technology processes and solutions.
  • Excellent language skills both verbal & written in English; other languages an asset.
  • Strong problem analytical and solving skills that allow to proactively anticipate requirements.
