Job Overview

We are seeking a contract, Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong experience interacting with investors and decision makers.
  • Strong closer who enjoys the challenge of working through the highs and lows of a sales cycle.
  • Ability to evaluate client human resources needs and work with decision makers to qualify and close the opportunity.
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of each area of company’s business to maximize our services and relay the best service to the client.
  • Generating business from new accounts and has the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multimillion dollar engagements.
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality

Long-Term Opportunity:
This could potentially lead to a full-time direct hire or long-term contract with our organization.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of previous successful sales professional experience in a business to business environment (ideally in real estate, professional services or solutions selling)
  • Strong track-record of generating new business through prospecting efforts and expanding opportunities through existing relationships.
  • Recent history of quota achievement and large/medium account penetration and execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prospect and build new business opportunities with key decision makers and managers at targeted accounts through prospecting, education, client visits, presentations and relationship building.
